Uttar Purva Siksha Board was intended to be a medium of making education easy for students who are unable to attend regular classes. The challenge before us was to make the instructional. delivery of curriculum convenient and as effective as regular classes for the students.
It had to be a well-planned and organized extended learning endeavor which allowed students to pursue other activities without affecting their learning. Reaching out to them through the online medium was an excellent way to deliver educational resources and nullify the location constraint.
The board is, especially to prevent school drop-out with our programme especially arts-based programmes. And my research review suggests my mind is recruitment and retention of target populations with multi-risks factors and also long-term skills development that engages youth behaviorally, emotionally, and academically rather than a drop-in culture.
According to the Center for research on the Education of students placed at Risk, approximately one thousand. U.S. High Schools have 50 percent rate of graduation. The long-term cost of school failure includes increased likelihood of being unemployed, committing crimes, receiving public assistance, and being incarcerated.
Given the risk factors reviewed, many of which highlighted the critical gap in caring adults who can offers guidance and help young people thrive, as well as the perils of unstructured time alone, Out of School Children Programme can be critical player in a community’s efforts to given school drop-out. However, many drop-out prevention programme are being used through the country, India with almost no documentation of their development or little or no long-term followed data to determine impacts on youth over time.
The researched literature, on my viewed, on drop-out prevention points to a number of school-based, classroom – based, district-based strategies that have been demonstrated to support keeping students in schools.
Your cooperative is highly welcome and appreciated.
Thanking you.
